By accessing or using the website www.youthvilleclinic.com ("Website") or availing any services provided by Youthville Clinic LLP ("Youthville," "we," "our," or "the Clinic"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms").
This document is an electronic record in terms of the Information Technology Act, 2000, and the rules thereunder, and does not require any physical or digital signature.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our Website or services.
2. About Youthville Clinic
Youthville Clinic LLP is a dermatology and aesthetic medicine clinic located at:
02, Ground Floor, AROMA Co-Operating Housing Society Ltd, New Link Road, Oshiwara, Andheri West, Mumbai, Maharashtra, India
All treatments and procedures are performed by or under the supervision of Dr. Shruti Chavan, MBBS, Diploma in Dermatology (CPS, Mumbai), Consultant Dermatologist.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Website independently and to consent to medical treatment, as per the Indian Contract Act, 1872.
Patients under the age of 18 may receive treatment only with the written consent and accompaniment of a parent or legal guardian. The parent or guardian is responsible for accepting these Terms on the minor's behalf.
By booking an appointment or availing treatment, you represent that the information you provide is accurate, complete, and current.
4. Our Services
Youthville Clinic provides dermatological consultation and aesthetic medicine services including, but not limited to:
Laser hair reduction
Acne and acne scar treatment
Pigmentation and melasma treatment
Anti-aging treatments (HIFU, thread lifts, Botox, dermal fillers)
Hair fall treatment (PRP/GFC, dermaroller, mesotherapy, hair transplant)
Skin tightening and rejuvenation
Chemical peels, microdermabrasion, and medical facials
Tattoo removal, wart removal, and vitiligo treatment
Wedding and bridal skin packages
The specific treatments offered may change over time. The availability of any treatment is subject to clinical assessment and the doctor's professional judgement.

5.1 Individual results vary
All dermatological and aesthetic treatments are medical procedures whose outcomes depend on numerous individual factors including skin type, condition severity, age, health status, lifestyle, hormonal factors, genetics, and adherence to pre- and post-treatment instructions. Results vary from person to person, and no specific outcome can be guaranteed.
5.2 No guarantee of results
While our treatments are performed by qualified medical professionals using approved products and techniques, we do not guarantee, promise, or warrant any specific result, percentage improvement, or permanent cure for any condition. Treatment plans are developed based on individual clinical assessment.
5.3 Before & after images
Any before-and-after photographs displayed on our Website, social media, or clinic premises represent individual patient results achieved under specific clinical circumstances. 6. Consultation & Informed Consent
An in-person consultation with Dr. Shruti Chavan is required before any treatment procedure. Video consultations may be offered at the doctor's discretion for follow-up or preliminary assessment.
During your consultation, the doctor will assess your condition, discuss treatment options, explain expected outcomes, potential risks, and alternative approaches.
Before undergoing any procedure, you will be asked to provide informed consent — either written or electronic — confirming that you understand the treatment, its risks, expected outcomes, and aftercare requirements.
You have the right to ask questions, seek a second opinion, or decline any recommended treatment at any time.
The final decision on whether a treatment is appropriate for you rests with the treating doctor, based on clinical assessment.
7. Appointments & Cancellations
7.1 Booking
Appointments can be booked via WhatsApp (+91 8591 411 258), phone (+91 22-40032452), or through the booking page on our Website. Booking confirmation will be sent via WhatsApp or SMS.
7.2 Punctuality
Please arrive on time for your appointment. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session or rescheduling, as we need to respect the time allocated for all patients.
7.3 Cancellation and rescheduling
We understand that plans change. We request that you inform us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to offer the slot to another patient.
7.4 No-shows
Repeated no-shows without prior notice may result in a requirement to pay a booking deposit for future appointments.
8. Pricing & Payment
All prices quoted on our Website or during consultation are indicative and may vary based on treatment area, condition severity, number of sessions required, and individual clinical needs.
Final pricing is confirmed during your in-person consultation, before treatment begins.
All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable GST unless otherwise stated.
We accept payment via cash, UPI, debit card, credit card, and bank transfer.
Payment for treatment is due at the time of service unless a package or instalment arrangement has been agreed upon in advance.
Promotional offers, discounts, and packages are subject to specific terms, conditions, and validity periods which will be communicated at the time of the offer.
9. Refund & Cancellation Policy
9.1 Treatments
All medical and aesthetic treatments are non-refundable once performed, as these are personalised medical services that cannot be reversed or reused.
9.2 Prepaid packages
If you have purchased a multi-session treatment package:
Unused sessions may be adjusted towards a different treatment of equal or greater value, subject to clinical suitability and doctor approval.
Package adjustments are subject to a 15% administrative fee on the remaining unused amount.
Refunds for unused sessions within a package are considered only on a case-by-case basis, at the Clinic's discretion.
9.3 Medical hardship
If you are unable to continue treatment due to a medical condition (such as pregnancy, a newly diagnosed illness, or an allergic reaction), please inform us with supporting medical documentation. We will review your case and may offer:
A credit note for the remaining sessions, valid for 12 months
Transfer of remaining sessions to an immediate family member (subject to clinical assessment)
In exceptional circumstances, a partial refund at the Clinic's discretion
9.4 Products
Skincare products purchased from the clinic may be exchanged within 7 days of purchase if unopened, unused, and in original packaging with the receipt. Opened or used products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
9.5 Consultation fees
Consultation fees are non-refundable, as the doctor's time and expertise have been provided regardless of whether you choose to proceed with treatment.
10. Patient Obligations
To ensure the best possible treatment outcomes and your safety, you agree to:
Provide accurate information: Disclose your complete medical history, current medications, allergies, ongoing treatments, and any known health conditions. Withholding or providing inaccurate health information may affect treatment safety and outcomes.
Follow pre-treatment instructions: Adhere to any preparation guidelines provided before your procedure (e.g., sun avoidance, discontinuing certain products).
Follow post-treatment care: Follow all aftercare instructions provided by the doctor or clinic staff. Non-adherence to aftercare may adversely affect your results.
Attend follow-up appointments: Keep scheduled follow-up visits as recommended by your doctor.
Communicate concerns promptly: Report any unusual reactions, side effects, or concerns to the clinic immediately.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
19. Dispute Resolution
In the event of any dispute or grievance related to our services:
Direct resolution: We encourage you to first raise your concern directly with our clinic team at youthvilleclinic@gmail.com or by speaking with the doctor. We are committed to resolving concerns amicably and in good faith.
Formal complaint: If the matter is not resolved informally within 15 days, you may submit a formal written complaint to our Grievance Officer (see our Privacy Policy).
Legal proceedings: If the dispute remains unresolved after 30 days, either party may seek resolution through the courts of competent jurisdiction in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
20. Severability
